Put on gloves to protect your hands.

Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces
without marring the surface.

Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
|

Remove the rear mud guard (A), after loosening the mounting screws.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

Replace any damaged clips.

Opening the trunk
To open the trunk from inside the vehicle, pull the trunk lid release lever.
Once the trunk is opened and then closed, the trunk locks automatically.
✽ NOTICE
In cold and wet climates, trunk lock and trunk mechanisms may not work properly
due to freezing conditions.
